- 12 outfall channels;
- Bridges;
- Parapets;
- Collection and Disposal of Waste;
- Street lighting;
- Public parks and open spaces;
- Five (5) Municipal Markets;
- Management of the Building Code;
- Public Health;
- Control of Animals;
- Maintenance of Law and Order; and
- The Cemetery.
