1. Co-ordinates and develops sister city relations.
2. Co-ordinates and monitors visits to the City.
3. Oversees protocol arrangements for civic receptions resulting from visits to the City.
4. General guidance on overseas invitations to the Mayor and other persons that are related to the Mayor and City Council.
